RPOA BOD Meeting Monday, April 20, 2026 at 3 P.M. Read the Agenda Attend meeting via Zoom

The mulch pile will be open on the following days for owners may drop off yard waste:
April 8 from 10:00 until 11:00
April 22 from 1:00 until 2:00
This schedule should continue every other Wednesday for the rest of the summer and fall seasons. Owners may drop off yard waste only at these times. The drop off of yard waste will be supervised by the maintenance chairman or another homeowner appointed by the maintenance chairman

RPOA Spring Schedule:
April 10: Headgates open. Ponds will begin to fill
April 27: Owners’ irrigations system will be turned on. This process will take a week to complete
June 8, & June 9: Curbside clean-up. No pine needles or rose bush trimmings
June 14: Annual Meeting Animas Grange at 2:00PM
