Scott’s Pro-Lawn will be performing the Spring Fertilizing/Weed control application on Thursday 14 May in Bear Park.  The remaining common areas will be treated on Friday 15 May. Please keep people and pets off the treated areas until dry, approximately 4 hours.  These areas will be marked with yellow flags.

BOD Meeting Minutes Mar 17, 2026 (approved April 20, 2026)

Next BOD meeting will be on Tuesday 26 May

The mulch pile will be open from 1 to 2 PM every other Wednesday (May 20, June 3, June 17, July 1, July 15, July 29, …) for the rest of the summer and fall seasons. Owners may drop off yard waste only at these times. The drop off of yard waste will be supervised by the maintenance chairman or another homeowner appointed by the maintenance chairman

8 & 9 June: Curbside clean-up. No pine needles or rose bush trimmings

14 June: Annual Meeting 2:00PM at the Animas Grange.
