Season End Trout Relocation
The October 29 shut-down of the headgates ends the flow of water through the Ranch pond system. Each year the Fish Committee organizes an effort to catch fish from the smaller ponds and relocate them to Fawn Lake or Bear Park, where they have a better chance to survive the winter season.
