Fall Irrigation Schedule

All irrigation pumps were turned off October 1st.

The Irrigation system head gates will be closed October 29, 2026.

Fall Clean-up

The annual Ranch Fall clean-up has been scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, October 19-20.  Woodchuck will be on site to collect and mulch.  Please abide by the following guidelines:

1. All butt ends of trees should be placed together and facing the same direction.
2. Small piles are preferred over one large pile.
3. No root balls or rose bushes, please.
4. Please keep piles off the roads.

Season End Trout Relocation

The October 29 shut-down of the headgates ends the flow of water through the Ranch pond system. Each year the Fish Committee organizes an effort to catch fish from the smaller ponds and relocate them to Fawn Lake or Bear Park, where they have a better chance to survive the winter season. If you would like to assist in this effort, please contact: Scott Voss, Gary Cacciatore, or Ted Waterman.
